For due diligence, compare the plan's legal boundary, access, fire movement, building labels, parking, service areas and landscape schedule with the current commercial documents.
Read the Tata Intellion Park Whitefield master plan as a coordination document, not as proof that every illustrated element is built, available or included in a commercial proposal. Confirm the drawing title, revision, approval context and scale before using it for circulation, density or phasing decisions. The block selected for an office requirement should be identified consistently in the plan, area statement, specification and proposal.
Vehicle entry, visitor access, employee movement, service circulation and emergency access should be checked separately. A route that appears connected in an overall campus diagram may operate differently after security zoning, construction phasing or tenant controls are applied. Ask how parking allocation, drop-off, loading, deliveries and accessible movement work for the particular building and operating hours under review.
Open space and landscape shown in the interpretation provide campus context but do not establish a delivered amenity schedule. Verify which areas are common, restricted, phased or associated with a particular block, together with maintenance responsibility and access conditions. The 3D view helps readers understand the seven-block organisation; the current drawing and accountable project documents remain the reference for measurements and commitments.
For workplace planning, use the campus plan together with block-level floor plates and service information. Test employee arrival, visitor screening, inter-building movement, food and retail access, emergency assembly and last-mile transport assumptions. These operational questions are more useful for a commercial project than importing residential master-plan ideas such as unit views or clubhouse proximity.
